Refund policy

All sales are final. However, please contact us if you run into issues and will handle it on a case-by-case basis.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Orders canceled after 48 hours, after the scheduled pick up date without prior notice, or with failure to respond within a week from email notification of a change in order will result in a 20% restocking fee. There are no refunds for missed classes or class cancelled 48 hours after purchase. Switching to a different class is treated as a refund. 

Please note: shipping plants is at the customers risk. We cannot be held accountable for the treatment of the package during transit or condition upon arrival. The customer assumes all responsibility for mailed packages and will need to contact the shipping agency with concerns.
