Shipping policy

PLEASE NOTE: We are no longer offering shipping. 

 

Shipping Policy:

Due to agricultural regulations we are only able to ship to the lower 48 US States. 

All packages will be sent out via USPS and packed to ensure the health and safety of the content within 7-14 days after the order is placed. Most packages arrive within 3 days after they are shipped but there may be delays for various reasons. Please refer to the USPS website and your tracking number to keep up to date. 

Shipping plants is at the customers risk. We cannot be held accountable for the treatment of the package during transit or condition upon arrival. The customer assumes all responsibility for mailed packages and will need to contact the shipping agency with concerns and to file a claim, if need be. The Plant Store does not offer refunds for plants damaged and/or missing during transit.
