Zamioculcas zamiifolia
A great low-maintenance plant for any home. New shoots emerge from thick, potato-like tubers under the soil, with bright green leaves hardening off to dark green as they mature. Grows to a height of about 3 feet. Native to dry grassland and forest in Eastern Africa.
Light: Thrives in bright to low light
Water: Prefers well-draining soil and should only be watered when the soil is completely dry
